We start by mapping how you work, from incoming order to delivery. Together, we define the modules, team responsibilities and business rules you need. Start with your priority, then scope additional stores, warehouses and sales channels around your growth plans.
How do we keep selling and shipping during the transition?
We plan data migration, a pilot and the rollout as separate steps. Product records, barcodes, opening stock and team readiness are reviewed before agreeing on timing. The timeline and any period of running alongside existing systems depend on your data and integrations.
Can I keep my e-commerce, invoicing and shipping systems?
We review your current systems and the information that needs to move between them. We use existing connections where available and scope additional integrations around each provider’s capabilities. The proposal identifies the systems to connect and the data to transfer.
How will our team get started and receive support?
We build an onboarding plan around the daily tasks of your store, warehouse and management teams. Training, rollout assistance and ongoing support are agreed at the start of the project, including support channels and response times.
Who can access our information, and can we use it on mobile?
Access can be set by role and the stores or warehouses each user is responsible for. Email verification after the password and activity records support access control. Use a modern browser on desktop, tablet or mobile; standard internet access does not require a VPN. Company-specific network policies are assessed separately.
What determines the price, and what could cost extra?
Pricing considers modules, users and locations, data migration, integrations and custom development. The proposal clarifies setup costs, ongoing services and how additional requests are priced. Work that may fall outside the agreed scope is discussed upfront.
